The Social Network Review

The Social Network shows the innovative and intelligent mind of Mark Zuckerberg whose brilliance led him to build one of the most successful businesses of the 21st century. Zuckerberg is a visionary that creates an online community where anyone can have access to get to know other people.
The film portrays how Facebook was conceived and it shows us all of the people that were responsible for its success. However, as Zuckerberg's vision expand he gains more notoriety and he betrays his best friend Eduardo Saverin which in the movie is portrayed by Andrew Garfield who creates a sympathetic character that the audience can relate to. Furthermore, the movie displays the legal disputes that Zuckerberg had to endure in order to keep his company intact.

Throughout the film Jesse Eisenberg portrays Zuckerberg as a cynical person that can be at times very annoying and unlikeable. Overall, all I can say is that life itself has evolved into an online community where many people can reach others online. Life has become an online social community and this trend is here to stay.
